E-mail confirmations

Until your order is shipped we reserve the right to cancel it at any time if it comes to our attention that any information provided to us is false, to limit the order quantity and/or refuse service or order fulfilment to any customer, to discontinue any product or service, to bar any user from completing the purchase of any product or service or for any reason on a case by case basis, or to limit or impose conditions on any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, discount program or promotion.

Shipping Procedures
Your order will be shipped to the address you designated as long as that address complies with the shipping restrictions on the site. We may use fulfilment partners and always use third party carriers for shipping pursuant to shipment contracts. Accordingly, title and risk of loss for products purchased from the site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
